Return & Refund Policy

AminoCore Research is committed to product quality and customer satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of unopened, factory-sealed products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • The product must not have been used, tampered with, or reconstituted
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with broken seals
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Orders returned after the 30-day window

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our team at aminocoreresearch.com/contact with your order number and reason for return
  2. We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions within 2 business days
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided with the RMA number clearly marked on the package
  4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 2–5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

All products sold by AminoCore Research are for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human or veterinary use. Returns for any other reason are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
