Temperature-sensitive products are shipped with cold chain packaging including insulated containers and gel ice packs to maintain product integrity during transit.

Due to the nature of research chemicals, returns are accepted only for unopened, sealed products within 14 days of delivery. Please contact support@aminocoreresearch.com for return authorization before sending any items back.

If your order arrives damaged or compromised, contact us immediately at support@aminocoreresearch.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
